Facilities
The Beach House is available for rental year-round with an HVAC system. There is a small food prep area with a fridge, freezer, microwave, and pizza oven.
The Village will supply 4 tables (Card Tables) and 16 chairs included with your rental. If you need additional tables and chairs, these will be available for additional fees. Notification of additional items must be requested at the time of rental and must be completed at least 5 business days in advance of your rental. The Village has a maximum of 70 chairs and 20 tables available any specific day. The Village does not rent or supply the following items: projectors, computers, screen, party supplies, games, or tents.

Please clean the following areas after your rental has concluded:
1. Floors
2. Counters & Tables
3. Sinks
4. Mirrors
5. Bathrooms
Please make sure:
1. You have collected your personal belongings (including items from the refrigerator)
2. Lights and fans are off
3. Garbage and recycling have been removed from the building
4. All doors are locked
